The location of this building was such that it was not possible to create a suitable and useful interaction with the passing and it could not benefit the neighborhood in the best way. Since one of the architecture tasks is to create interaction, we decided to allow it to interact. An opportunity that saved its inhabitants from ignorance of what was happening in passing. It connected the building with the passing and, in other words, turned a two-dimensional view into a three-dimensional view.
Our strategy was as follows:
1 ) Creating a visual connection between the street and the building
2) Using controlled natural light
3) Transmission of natural light to the northern parts of the building
4) Transferring natural air flow into the building
5) The use of green space in the interior of the building and on the roof
The opportunities that this building provides for its residents are far more than its physical wealth. And it tries not to leave them unaware of the neighbor in addition to the light and fresh air flow and also the benefit of the indoor green space!
