Providing an opportunity to experience that we don't have the chance to have in our homes in the heart of cities.
Bon Villa is located in the north of Iran, Nashtarud city, Mazandaran province. Considering the location of this project, the importance of climatic studies and paying attention to the weather conditions of the region doubles.
Bon Villa was planned and designed within two decisions, a villa for long-term or short-term stay? It was clear and we could comment that our audience is three generations of the same family from grandchildren to grandparents who are going to experience the best days in it. The grandfather's brave slogan was always: son is the father killer (an allusion to the society that always moves forward, toward progress and innovation).
The challenges of this project provided opportunities for innovative design; The challenge of generations and tastes, weather conditions, the requirements of the town, as well as the construction technology in the region (construction technology according to the budget).
The requirements that we defined for the design process were first to observe all the restrictions and then to pay attention to all the potentials concerning the passing, the neighborhood, the stream, and the sea. Creating spaces that, in addition to fulfilling their responsibilities, provide special facilities to the residents in terms of quality. The building has a rectangular form on the ground floor and this form continues on the first floor as well, but since it has the desire to watch the mountains and the river, it leans towards them at an angle, and it can't ignore the rain at the roof, but it provides a balance between logic and the opportunity of seeing the 360 degrees of the area on the roof for the guests of the building.
It is cautious concerning the passing and presents itself in a completely closed way, but in the company of nature around, it acts completely carelessly and recklessly.
